Responsibilities Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their inquiries and providing excellent service. Policy Customization: Tailor insurance plans to meet the unique needs of clients, offering personalized solutions. Sales Target: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and customer engagement. Community Engagement: Represent the agency in local community events to enhance visibility and network with potential clients. Requirement Licensing: Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is preferred but not necessary. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
