Intake & Sales Specialist for Immigration Law Firm

We are a mission-driven immigration law firm helping families secure stability, safety, and dignity in the U.S. Clients come to us feeling scared, overwhelmed, and uncertain—we guide them with compassion and clarity.

$17 - $19 hourly

We’re seeking a Compassionate Intake & Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for new clients. This is not a cold-calling job—you’ll be speaking with people who already reached out for help. Your role is to:

• Listen with empathy and build trust from the very first call.
• Follow a structured intake process (opening, discovery, solution, next steps).
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover their story, fears, and goals.
• Explain the firm’s services in a supportive, client-friendly way.
• Guide clients toward scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
• Reach out to former clients to check eligibility for new legal steps and keep them moving toward their freedom and stability.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM.
• Follow-Up Habits Are Essential — staying consistent, delivering on expectations, and keeping clients moving forward is how we help change lives.

• Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills.
• Clear and confident communicator; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Comfortable handling sensitive, emotional conversations.
• Organized, dependable, and committed to Quality Delivery and Follow-Through.
• Prior intake, customer service, or sales experience is helpful (legal experience not required—we provide full training).
