We are entering an exciting growth phase—aiming to 10x in the next 3 years—and need someone who can own lead generation from message clarity to measurable results.
Responsibilities Own message clarity and positioning that cuts through the noise and builds trust under confidential circumstances
Strategic oversight of all marketing channels (direct mail, paid search, digital ads, website optimization, events, partnerships, print advertising)
Lead generation strategy with clear attribution and quality optimization
Contractor and vendor management — direct strategy while specialists execute
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and follow-up effectiveness
Marketing performance measurement and ROI analysis with clear KPIs
Qualifications Core Requirements: Proved track record increasing high-quality leads for professional service organizations (healthcare, financial services, brokerage/M&A, law firms, or similar)
Master of message clarity — ability to distill complex value propositions into compelling, on-brand copy across channels
Strategic copywriting ability with understanding of what converts and when messaging is on or off target
Lead generation expertise with experience directing funnel optimization, A/B testing, and lead scoring
Contractor management skills — ability to hire, brief, and hold accountable execution teams while maintaining message discipline
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred but not required)
Results-driven collaboration with sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion
