HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
*The position is expected to start June 2026.*
During this 10-week internship program, our Sales Interns will get a firsthand look at the life of a field sales employee.
The intern will also receive mentoring/training in the following:
1-on 1 mentoring with senior executives
Ride along with experienced sales reps during customer visits
Participate and network during our mid-year sales conference
Opportunity to contribute to high level sales strategy projects
Small group discussion sessions on Continental’s go-to-market strategies
Portions of the program will require travel to various locations across the US with all travel expenses covered by Continental.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in sales or related field
Expected graduation date 12/2026 or 5/2027
Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours + travel
Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Must be able to travel up to 50%
Must have valid driver's license with responsible driving record
Must be 21 years old (for car rentals)

Ability to comply physical demands, such as lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, and climbing around commercial vehicles
