Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven International Sales And Marketing Manager to oversee our growing global distribution network (excluding EU, Russia & China) with a primary focus on Asia and South America. This role will support and expand our international pet supplements business, managing key distributors, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory activities. The successful candidate will be comfortable with frequent international travel and adept at navigating cross-cultural relationships and complex commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead distributor contract negotiations and renewals
Develop and follow up on distributor business plans
Manage key account (KA) relationships with a focus on long-term growth
Solicite orders and coordinate shipping logistics
Facilitate sales forecasting and provide insights to distributors
Supervise order performance and implement gap closure strategies
Conduct regular distributor performance reviews
Marketing And Product Support
Support marketing campaign planning, claims, and budget control
Coordinate marketing activities and support distributor needs
Organize product training and educational sessions
Ensure timely follow-up on distributor initiatives and feedback
Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints
Strategic Oversight And Competitive Intelligence
Analyze competitive landscape and continuously review pricing strategy
Identify new business opportunities and manage inbound inquiries
Investigate parallel imports and take corrective actions
Operational Coordination And Regulatory Support
Coordinate repackaging operations as needed by region
Facilitate international regulatory and trademark applications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure market access and compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
5+ years of international sales/marketing experience, preferably in pet care, supplements, or consumer goods
Proven ability to manage distributor networks across diverse markets
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Experience with regulatory processes and international market entry strategies
Excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel internationally 5075% of the time
Foreign language proficiency a plus but not required

The pay range for this role considers a wide range of factors including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographical location, and other organizational needs.
The estimated pay range for this role is $102,000 Min to $153,000 Max per year.
Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus incentive program associated with this specific role.
