Starting salary beginning at $26,000.00 plus monthly commission
Monthly commissions can significantly enhance your earnings, with the possibility of reaching over $75,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments in a timely manner.
Exhibit consultative selling skills.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
Know the ins and outs of vehicle specifications, optional packages, and the latest technologies
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and happily
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to emails and handle customer inquiries promptly
Qualifications:
Willing to work a five-day workweek that includes Saturdays, with a different day off during the week
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Previous experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
Previous experience in a internet customer service sales position is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Good understanding of basic mathematical concepts
Data entry
Microsoft Office experience
Switchboard/multi-line phone system
Ability to multi-task
Self-starter with good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
