Position Overview:
If you’re interested in car dealership jobs in Scottsdale, Arizona, this role may also be a great fit. Pinnacle’s Internet Sales Associates effectively engage customers contacting the dealership via internet-based sources. Our associates’ main goal is to set appointments with prospective customers and successfully meet and sell them a vehicle.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to at least 80% of unique internet leads.
Schedule appointments with potential customers.
Meet with potential customers personally to ensure a quality and profitable sales transaction.
Close at least 80% of all appointments.
Continue to pursue potential customers via email and/or phone.
Report and track all customer engagement using our customer retention tool: Dealer Socket.
Jobs Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Must be willing to work weekends, evenings and various shifts.
Must submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Should possess advanced computer skills.
