Responsibilities
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Monitor and respond to all Internet leads  in a timely manner following dealership process
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting, in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
Be available to respond to email , text, and phone  inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Check email and CRM text frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection – be the product expert & sounding board
Provide vehicle information and d irect customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Quote pricing and inventory availability
Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Qualifications
Previous automotive dealership experience
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
Ability to work a structured schedule to maintain coverage for online inquiries
