Job Title: Internet Sales Representative
Objectives: To manage customer sale opportunities and drive traffic to the dealership by appointment setting. Strategizing customer interactions, setting appointments, monitoring and tracking all records of communication contact/attempts.
Job Summary: Consistent phone outreach, social media contact and listing management, and website lead follow up to create and close sales opportunities with customers. Overcoming objectives and setting in-person appointments for customers to work with sales team. Essential Functions:
· Making 80 outbound Phone Calls a day to prospects.
· Follow Adventure Lifestyle approved scripts for talking to customers via phone and internet chat.
· Identifying primary purchasing concerns.
· Communicating clearly and asking specific questions to obtain information.
· Track and transcribe all interactions with customers as well as attempted outreach.
· Respond to and follow up with all sales opportunities in a timely manner.
· Communicating with management to inform progress of potential customers.
· Project positive image to customers at all times.
· Stay up to date on the dealerships current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase.
· Use daily web-based programs, customer record management program, and Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
· Develop an understanding of powersport vehicles by studying models, capabilities, and features.

· Ability to learn Adventure Lifestyle’s sales method utilizing our professional process
· Ability to be flexible in outreach strategy
Education & Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1+ years experience in retail sales preferred, social media and web lead follow up understanding
· Previous powersports or auto dealership sales experience a plus, but not required
