· Respond to internet leads and inquiries promptly and professionally · Guide customers through the online and in-store buying process · Maintain accurate records in CRM systems · Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly goals · Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final sale Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience CRM and Lead Management Tool Experience High School diploma or equivalent Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly A strong team player with the ability to work independently Why Ed Morse?
