Full Job Description – Sales Intern
LOCATION
Missouri City, TX (Greater Houston Region)

The 3D printing industry is one of the most exciting and fastest-growing industries in the world today, and Polymaker is part of the momentum. Polymaker develops, produces, and markets high-value materials for 3D printing. Our company is growing rapidly and can be described as young, open, and energetic.
Polymaker has been active in the US since 2013. We have built up a network of channel partners who serve end-users across the United States. Our end-users include hobbyists, professionals, and industrial customers who 3D print high-quality parts using our filaments.
From our 40,000 SF facility in Houston TX, we currently manage the production, sales, marketing, planning, and distribution of 3D printing filament for the North America region.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Intern will support the North American sales team with account management, customer service, CRM management, and sales operations support. This is a hands-on internship offering exposure to client relationship management, sales processes, and industry best practices in a dynamic manufacturing and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on their needs
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Track customer feedback and coordinate with operations to improve the customer experience
- Support the sales team with data entry and CRM updates
- Stay up to date on our product catalog and industry trends
Key Expectations
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM platforms
- Interest in 3D printing, manufacturing, or e-commerce industries
- Willingness to learn and adopt the core values of the company
Preferred Background
- Prior customer service or sales support experience
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Multilingual skills are a plus (Mandarin, Spanish)
