About the role Reckitt seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing IT Director to lead strategic development and management of technology solutions supporting our sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, optimizing sales processes, enhancing marketing effectiveness, and leveraging data-driven insights for growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales execution, RGM, digital marketing technologies, and business processes, along with excellent project management and communication skills.
Your responsibilities
Oversee the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of the organization's technology products.
Build effective partnerships with business stakeholders and global/regional IT&D teams to align projects with strategic priorities.
Contribute to the development and execution of the IT&D strategy and roadmap for the area.
Manage financial aspects of the product lifecycle, including resource allocation, cost savings, and revenue opportunities.
Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals, defining roadmaps and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with global standards and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Monitor industry trends and new technologies to identify benefits and risks.
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years managing IT and digital solutions in sales and/or marketing, preferably in CPG.
Experience with CPG industry software, digital marketing, analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and e-commerce platforms.
Proven leadership in managing teams and complex programs.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
