Overview Join to apply for the Visual Merchandiser role at Jaxen Grey . This is a part-time position averaging 22 hours per week at our Galleria location in Edina, MN. Responsibilities Assist in creating a compelling in-store experience; work with the Visual Merchandising Manager and store leadership to execute merchandising directives, support store operations, and provide outstanding customer service. Ensure stores and shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of products using restock reports. Ensure replenishment of the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity. Work with the Inventory Lead to execute markdowns and re-merchandise (expanding/condensing) the sales floor, including full-price product and the sale section. Execute all weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Visual Merchandising Manager. Train the team in brand standards and Operation Recovery to all Stylists. Collaborate with the management team to uphold these standards throughout the day/week as a team responsibility. Identify store/facilities needs and communicate with management and the Visual Merchandising Manager. Help customers on the sales floor as needed. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to regularly lift and carry 25-30 pounds and stand for long periods.
