We’re hiring a Jewelry Production Technician to join our dynamic, high-quality production shop. In this role, you'll contribute to the creation of exceptional men’s jewelry—helping turn raw components into refined, consistent pieces that meet our uncompromising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Automated Machinery: Proficiently run and monitor jewelry manufacturing equipment, performing routine checks and adjustments.
Packaging: Accurately package finished jewelry according to brand standards, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
Assembly Support: Assist with jewelry assembly using small hand tools, setting stones, attaching clasps, and joining components. Inspect for quality defects.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods, performing tasks requiring fine motor skills with a great deal of repetition and strong hands .
Pay range:
$45,000-$55,000 Depending on experience and fit
