We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Project Manager to work directly with our COO & CEO, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of the business with an emphasis on Sales & Marketing. This unique, fast-paced role blends project management with immersive learning across sales, marketing, event-planning, and customer service. This is not a traditional job with specific roles and responsibilities. You will be involved in a wide variety of initiatives, often shifting gears quickly as priorities evolve. Youll learn by doing and taking ownership of projects while observing and participating in high-level decision-making. The ideal candidate is an early-career professional with a strong interest in entrepreneurship and a genuine curiosity about how successful companies operate. Ideally, you have started a business of some kind in the past. It could be as simple as a childhood lemonade stand, a side gig in college, or a product or service venture after graduation. This experience doesnt need to be large-scale or even successful/profitable, but it should reflect a true entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to build, learn, and grow. You are excited to further develop that spirit through hands-on exposure to various aspects of running a business. You will split your time between our facilities in Oxnard, CA and Santa Barbara, CA. Responsibilities Manage and execute projects across multiple departments, including sales, marketing, event-planning and customer service. Shadow the COO to learn the strategic and operational aspects of Bolwus. Assist with customers, proposals, and follow-ups to support the sales process. Support marketing campaigns, content creation, event planning, and brand initiatives. Take on special assignments and problem-solve in real time as priorities shift. Travel to events and manage them on-site (approximately 46 weeks per year). Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 13 years of professional experience, ideally with some exposure to project management or business operations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn new skills quickly and apply them in real-world scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly successful at self-directed learning - particularly software and business tools. Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required. Ability to travel as needed and sometimes with minimal notice. Compensation $50K - $70K per year based on background and experience. Seniority level
