As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in our Commercial Sales team success. The Junior Sales Manager is a dynamic and multifaceted role, ideal for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional looking to grow in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a unique blend of driving new distribution, account management, market research, and collaborative brand development. The Junior Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of direct accounts, work closely with a Senior Sales Manager on key account management, and play a key role in identifying new market opportunities and supporting creative marketing and branding initiatives. The role is remote and will require moderate travel. Essential Job Function: Manage and grow existing account base, procure new business through strategic partnerships Oversee all interactions with accounts including sales, operations, marketing, accounting, etc. to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. Communication (internal and external, include all stakeholders at Implus and retailer) Strategic Planning (internal and external) Data Analysis (internal and external) Presentations (internal and external) Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Implus and competitor products and retail landscapes. Coordinate execution of deliverables with all departments within Implus (Sales, Marketing/Brand, Logistics, Finance, Product Development, MAP Enforcement) Calendar Management (coordinate sales calendar with PD calendar internally, manage sell-in calendar with retailers externally) White Space (Idea Generation, internal and external) Work with accounts and internal teams to implement retail merchandising solutions Channel tradeshow coordination and attendance

Territory Rep management Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 1-5 years of retail and/or wholesale experience Preferred Qualifications: Licensed CPA and/or public accounting experience Sales skills: Effectively present product, programs, initiatives, etc. Ability to overcome objections and provide solutions Accurately access situations and/or opportunities Provide leadership and knowledge of retail needs and solutions Existing Safety and Industrial industry knowledge Work independently to meet sales goals and deadlines Self-motivated and comfortable with presenting to new and current accounts Clear, concise, and courteous communication with accounts and Implus staff Strong oral and written communication skills Share and seek information with appropriate personnel Assume responsibility and takes initiative to support company efforts Demonstrate accountability to accounts goals and budgets, as well as, Implus' Must be detail oriented Strong organizational skills Ability to follow through to ensure goals are attained and programs are successful Ability to multi-task between projects, brands, etc. Adapt and react quickly to changing situations, opportunities, etc. Understanding of systems (internal and external) to effectively provide or create solutions to challenges and/or limitations Exhibit project management skills Driven, entrepreneurial spirit Education & Experience: BS/BA preferably in Business, Retail Management, and/or Textiles Relevant Working Conditions & Physical Demands: Visual Abilities: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, read reports, create presentations and use a computer system.
