Compensation: $36,000 base + commission (OTE $72,000, top performers earn $90k+) Responsibilities: Attack the phones every day — make calls, send texts, and push conversations forward Jump on inbound leads fast and turn them into real appointments Keep your pipeline tight: update notes in the CRM so nothing slips through Follow up like crazy — most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first call Show up for coaching calls ready to learn, role-play, and sharpen your sales game Bring energy, compete with your teammates, and do what it takes to hit your numbers
