If you have 12 years of sales experience (or even none at all) and youre eager to learn, well give you the training, coaching, and real estate playbook to build a six-figure career.Compensation:$36,000 base + commission (OTE $72,000, top performers earn $90k+)Responsibilities:Attack the phones every day make calls, send texts, and push conversations forwardJump on inbound leads fast and turn them into real appointmentsKeep your pipeline tight: update notes in the CRM so nothing slips throughFollow up like crazy most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first callShow up for coaching calls ready to learn, role-play, and sharpen your sales gameBring energy, compete with your teammates, and do what it takes to hit your numbersQualifications:Hungry, competitive, and coachable you bring the drive, well bring the trainingSome sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, call center, customer service, or athletics background are all great fits)Strong communicator whos comfortable talking to people on the phone every dayOrganized and able to track conversations, follow up, and keep notes updatedThrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentLocal to Tampa Bay with reliable transportationAbout CompanySell Quick Tampa is a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Tampa.
