We're not looking for polished corporate salespeople with 10+ years of experience — we want hungry, competitive self-starters with something to prove. If you have 1-2 years of sales experience (or even none at all) and you're eager to learn, we'll give you the training, coaching, and real estate playbook to build a six-figure career. Compensation: $36,000 base + commission (OTE $72,000, top performers earn $90k+) Responsibilities:
* Attack the phones every day — make calls, send texts, and push conversations forward * Jump on inbound leads fast and turn them into real appointments * Keep your pipeline tight: update notes in the CRM so nothing slips through * Follow up like crazy — most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first call * Show up for coaching calls ready to learn, role-play, and sharpen your sales game * Bring energy, compete with your teammates, and do what it takes to hit your numbers
Qualifications:
* Hungry, competitive, and coachable — you bring the drive, we'll bring the training * Some sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, call center, customer service, or athletics background are all great fits) * Strong communicator who's comfortable talking to people on the phone every day * Organized and able to track conversations, follow up, and keep notes updated * Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment * Local to Tampa Bay with reliable transportation
