Key Account Manager
eBottles is a national leader in the sale of high-quality, premium packaging products for the legal cannabis, hemp, and nutraceutical markets. We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to help support our growth.
As Key Account Manager at eBottles, you'll work closely with our internal team as well as Regional Sales Manager(s) to manage new and existing key customer accounts. You'll work with customers directly, helping them with order placement, product decisions, shipment details, custom projects and more.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be organized, take initiative, and be able to work independently as well as on a team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Regional Sales Manager(s) to manage new and existing key customer accounts.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding their inventory and other business needs.
- Collaborate with other Key Account Managers to balance inventory requests.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information in response to customer inquiries regarding products, shipping, order status, etc.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner.
- Accurately record and update customer information within our electronic customer service database.
- Support the department and Regional Sales Manager(s) with other tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments.

- Willingness to learn new things and adapt to evolving industries.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus.
