What Youll Do Meet with clients to develop custom, high-end residential landscape designs. Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations that inspire confidence and excitement. Create buildable plans using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools. Coordinate with field supervisors, procurement, and subcontractors to bring projects to life. Ensure projects are completed to the clients satisfaction from concept to completion. Review budgets, costs, and profitability after each project. Generate new leads during the off-season to prepare for the upcoming build season. Offer innovative ideas to keep Suncrest Gardens at the forefront of the industry. Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training.

What Were Looking For Valid Drivers License. Experience in landscape design for high-end residential projects. AutoCAD and 3D modeling experience preferred. Strong sales skills with a consultative, client-focused approach. Team-oriented, organized, motivated, and eager to grow. Portfolio of past work strongly preferred.
