We're seeking a person who can sell legal services, assist with and implement new marketing strategies, and build relationships to generate potential client leads. Our firm has a stellar reputation statewide for providing criminal defense legal services, and exceptional client service is our top priority. We fight to protect the rights of good people who may have made a mistake that shouldn’t haunt them for life.
We need someone with a strong understanding of sales technologies, methodologies, and best practices. You must be able to sell consultatively, helping potential clients understand their situation, weigh their options, and make important, sometimes painful decisions. We are currently hiring for both part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) and full-time positions.
Part-time team members must be available to work at least 8 hours on Saturdays and Sundays (including evening shifts) , as well as additional weekday hours to meet the 20-hour weekly minimum.
This is a commission-based opportunity only — with upside earnings . Your income potential is unlimited , directly tied to your performance.

Compensation: $50,000
Responsibilities: Convert qualified prospects into clients
Follow up on all new leads and complete tasks required to manage them from initial contact through conversion
Participate in team strategy sessions to improve client experience and streamline the sales process
Develop and implement workflow follow-up campaigns
Manage and share performance reports, including maintaining spreadsheets for KPI tracking
Generate and execute creative ideas to develop and nurture referral partnerships
Collaborate with top-notch team members across the firm
Qualifications: 3+ Years of Sales experience. Ideally, you have had success in sales
Must have active listening skills
You also need to be able to have fun, be creative, and have a passion for building sales opportunities
