Overview Elements Massage in Alamo, CA has an immediate need for (1) part-time front desk Lead Wellness Membership Advisor working 5 shifts per week at a growing massage studio. Seeking an individual with a strong sales background, leadership skills and experience leading teams, preferably with full availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Evenings and weekends are the busiest time for the massage studio. Each shift ranges from 5 to 8 hours, for a total of approx. 25-30 hours per week. We are open 7 days a week Monday through Saturday, generally 10am to 8pm; Sundays from 10a-7pm. Qualifications Strong sales experience and business acumen preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients. Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish your value with attention, hospitality, and execution. Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
