We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Lead Sales Assistant that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION:

The Lead Sales Assistant will oversee all studio sales functionality

RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking Membership and retail sales Supervise Sales Representatives Enforce studio policies and procedures Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities Contact prospects/leads and enroll them in a membership Drive and retain retail and membership sales Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible Any other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment A passion for fitness Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public Proficiency with computers and Studio software Ability to work evening shifts during the week (4 pm - 8 pm) and occasional weekends COMPENSATION & PERKS: Hourly base rate plus commission and incentives Unlimited Pure Barre Membership while employed Employee Retail Discount

Compensación: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
