Job Purpose Responsible for promoting and selling products ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in store. Keyholder responsibility with the ability to open and close the store. Essential Job Function Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Assists customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the training and compliance binder Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise Upholds the Company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld Responsible for opening and closing the store as a keyholder Support management to train new employees Requirements and Qualifications Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays High school diploma or equivalent, or GED Physical Requirements Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach Must have reliable transportation to store INDCORETAIL Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.81 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have a valid MED badge?
