Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Lead Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury women’s retail, a sophisticated eye for style, and a clear understanding of exceptional customer service. This individual will take ownership of driving revenue, cultivating long-lasting client and community relationships, and guiding clients through a personalized sales experience. Creativity and initiative are highly valued, especially when it comes to engaging with clients in-store and online. A strong interest or background in managing social media content—particularly Instagram—is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by leading clients through a personalized, elevated sales process
Build and nurture long-term client and community relationships
Maintain polished product presentation, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
Strategize and implement initiatives to increase revenue and grow the client base
Create curated personal shopping and styling experiences
Execute weekly marketing emails and daily Instagram posts; contribute creative ideas for content and engagement
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and designers
Qualifications
• 2+ years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment
• Team player, self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with POS systems, Inventory Management tools, and basic office software
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours
