Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations, providing all necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on gutter protection needs. Primary Responsibilities: Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Valid driver’s license (required) Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required) Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required) Proficient with applications on an iPad (required) Previous outside sales experience is not required Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process Strong desire and ability to close sales Compensation: Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000+ Performance-based bonuses ICBA Contractors insurance available Schedule: Flexible weekly schedule Evening and weekend availability required Job Type: Full-time Compensation Package: Bonuses Commission-only pay Uncapped commissions Schedule: Day and evening shifts Monday to Saturday as needed Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Consumer Services
