Job Title:  Leasing and Sales Support Specialist Employment Type: Full- Time, In-Person Pay: $16-$18 per hour based on experience with available leasing incentives Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm, rotating Saturdays 9a-12pm. The Scope of Work Sales Support (2 days per week) Enter and maintain residential and commercial listed properties in company systems

Audit sales contract files and maintain both active and closed transaction files

Communicate with agents regarding missing or incomplete paperwork

Collaborate with the marketing team to provide agents with necessary materials

Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned

Leasing (3 days per week) Manage, follow up, and track rental leads (guest cards) from initial inquiry through application and move-in

Coordinate and schedule rental showings with prospective tenants

Provide excellent customer service to future tenants by explaining PJ Morgan Real Estate services, policies, and procedures

Oversee onboarding and move-in of new tenants, including welcome information and property orientation

Manage tenant renewals, request renewal packages, and track updated tenant information, including tenant insurance

Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned

The Ideal Candidate Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit. Real estate license/experience preferred but not required. Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism. Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proficient problem solving and analytical skills. Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve. You make continuous learning a priority. You show up every day ready to be the best version of you and contribute to the team! Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
