The Law Office of Pietro Canestrelli (LOPC) is growing, and we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Legal Sales Consultant who can connect, guide, and convert prospective clients with empathy and professionalism. At LOPC, we are driven by four core pillars: Education – Empowering clients through clear, simple guidance Advocation – Standing up and fighting on behalf of clients Passion – Bringing energy, excellence, and integrity to all we do Compassion – Meeting people where they are and walking with them Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000 Responsibilities: Your Role As a Legal Sales Consultant, you’ll serve as the first live touchpoint for prospective clients who may be stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure about their legal situation. Your job is to listen, relate, educate, and guide them toward the next step—retaining our firm.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct warm sales consultations via Zoom or phone Build rapport and uncover the client’s pain points and goals Communicate clearly and confidently about our services (without giving legal advice) Track activity and performance in HubSpot and Lawmatics Maintain CRM, document client interactions, and follow up promptly Work collaboratively with our intake and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Hit or exceed KPI targets related to conversion, follow-up, and communication quality

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience selling high-ticket or professional services (legal, financial, consulting, etc.) Fluent Spanish speaker – required Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills High follow-up ethic and a strong sense of ownership Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and accountable Experience using tools like Zoom, Teams, Hubspot, Lawmatics, Clio, and RingCentral (preferred) Able to thrive in a hybrid environment with some in-office work in Temecula, CA
