Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to our diverse client base Manage policy changes and prepare insurance documents with accuracy Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Assist clients with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience Represent the agency in a professional and positive light in all interactions On a day-to-day basis, you will: Complete insurance reviews with existing customers Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients Seek referrals and Google reviews Assist with onboarding clients to ensure they have great expectations and know how to use our services Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately Ensure policy changes are processed correctly and in compliance with regulations Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.

Requirement The ideal candidate is a professional who: Must hold an Active Property&Casualty license Previous experience in customer service within the insurance sector Has meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities Is a collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment Has clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions.
