We are seeking driven and customer-focused Licensed Inside Sales Insurance Agents to join our team. This role is dedicated to engaging with inbound leads and warm prospects, conducting consultations, and closing sales entirely from within the office (or remotely). As part of our inside sales team, you will connect with clients daily by phone and email, helping them understand their options and recommending the right insurance coverage to fit their needs.

Responsibilities

Communicate with inbound leads and prospects daily via phone and email.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance policies.


Present product options clearly, answer client questions, and close sales.


Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.


Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Record all sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system.


Stay knowledgeable about company products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.


Collaborate with teammates and management to continuously improve sales strategies.


Requirements

Active insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or state-specific as required).

Proven success in sales or inside sales (insurance experience strongly preferred).


Strong communication and consultative selling skills.


Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism.


Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment.


Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.


Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.


Bilingual skills a plus (not required).
