Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, referral partners, and cross-sell opportunities Guide clients through a structured needs analysis using our consultative proposal process Quote and present customized insurance solutions across multiple carriers Communicate value, not just priceexplaining coverage details, tradeoffs, and claims-time performance Utilize AgencyZoom CRM, Canopy Connect, and Loom for streamlined quoting and follow-up Collaborate with our service team and AI assistant Gail for a seamless client journey Maintain clean documentation, pipelines, and activity metrics
Requirement Required: Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License 1+ year of experience in personal lines or commercial insurance sales Strong phone, email, and consultative presentation skills CRM fluency (AgencyZoom, Salesforce, or similar) Self-starter with excellent follow-through and emotional intelligence Preferred: Life & Health license or willingness to obtain Familiarity with BCSM and FATE-based sales models Experience with Loom, Canopy Connect, and quote-by-video presentations Multi-line experience (auto, home, umbrella, life, business)
