Responsibilities Own the Sales Process: Take inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, and close deals with confidence and urgency. Work the Leads: Manage and follow up on data leads inside our CRMno lead left behind. CRM Discipline: Log all activities, update opportunities, complete tasks, and maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM. Build & Maintain Relationships: Quickly establish trust, understand client needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Cross-Sell Like a Pro: Maximize every conversation by uncovering opportunities across P&C, life, and health. Stay Sharp: Keep up with industry updates, product knowledge, and sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Requirement Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty, Life & Health license (non-negotiable). Proven Sales Success: Documented track record of closing in an inside sales-driven environment (insurance sales preferred). Phone Mastery: Comfortable, confident, and persuasive on the phone with strong call control. Closers Mentality: Objection handling, persistence, and resilience are second nature to you.
