Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and existing client base
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and personalized service
• Follow up with potential clients and leads to efficiently close sales
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated on insurance products and industry trends

Requirements:

• Active insurance license in the state of Iowa, if not licensed currently employer will pay for licensing costs after 90 days of employment.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field recommended, not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of insurance software
