Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and warm leads.
- Quote, bind, and service personal lines insurance policies
- Close sales daily through tailored product offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sale
- Help clients understand coverage options and build long-term trust
- Work closely with your manager and teammates to grow your book
- Adapt to ongoing training and development to improve closing rates
Requirements
Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License or be actively seeking to acquire their license. Licensing reimbursement available.
