Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound internet leads, building trust and converting prospects into clients
Make proactive outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and past inquiries to generate new business
Use consultative sales techniques to uncover client needs and match them with the right insurance solutions
Follow up diligently with prospects to move them through the sales process and close opportunities
Manage a pipeline of leads in the CRM, ensuring timely contact and accurate documentation
Deliver an exceptional client experience by educating clients on coverage options, overcoming objections, and confidently closing sales
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and production goals
