Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Connect with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.

Policy Sales: Utilize your expertise to offer and sell various insurance products that best fit the clients' requirements.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional insurance options.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the trends, products, and industry standards to deliver the most up-to-date advice to clients.

Remote Collaboration: Engage efficiently with the team and clients in a fully remote setting, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.


Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred, not required.

Communication Skills: Highly effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup while maintaining productivity.

Customer-Centric: Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate remotely with a cohesive team environment.
