Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Hit and exceed sales quotas to earn bonuses and career advancement.

Convert inbound leads into policy sales through effective needs analysis and closing techniques.

Confidently navigate underwriting guidelines for accurate, compliant proposals.

Manage and track your pipeline to maximize closing ratios and productivity.

Provide exceptional service to existing clients while identifying cross-sell opportunities.



Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Active California P&C and/or Life & Health license (required).

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.

Exceptional closing skills and sales acumen.

Multiline experience (auto, home, life, commercial) is a plus.

Farmers Insurance experience is a plus (or other captive insurance experience).

Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
