Responsibilities Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospective clients, offering guidance and advice on insurance options that best suit their needs. Policy Customization: Develop and present personalized insurance plans tailored to the individual requirements of each client. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales goals by identifying potential customers and converting leads. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, services, and market trends to provide valuable advice to clients. Claims Assistance: Offer support to clients in navigating the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Requirement Licensing: Must hold a valid Michigan Property & Casualty License and obtain a Life & Health License within 90 days of employment. Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a comparable role is necessary. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide top-notch service to clients, meeting their insurance needs. Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Farmington Hills area and its community is advantageous.
