What You'll Do:
* Generate and develop leads through networking, referrals, and outreach * Build relationships with customers and identify insurance needs through consultative sales * Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance options using a needs-based approach * Provide outstanding customer service including policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and coverage reviews * Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve sales and marketing goals
What You'll Get:

What We're Looking For:
* Active Property and Casualty insurance license * Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) * Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Confidence to make presentations and conduct customer meetings * Must have or be able to obtain Life & Health insurance licenses
