This role requires occasional in-office presence. Candidates must be local to Austin, TX.

Compensation:

$73,000 – $126,000+ Performance-based

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work your network and community to identify client needs
  • Provide goal-based life insurance and protection solutions
  • Deliver expert guidance through applications, underwriting, and follow-ups
  • Deepen client relationships and expand into broader planning conversations
  • Leverage our internal support and mentorship to grow your business
  • Prepare for and pursue your securities registrations with our sponsorship
