Our Allstate Agency is seeking a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in Renton. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary, commission, and performance bonuses.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health a plus).
  • An established network or community presence that can be leveraged for lead generation.
  • A self-motivated, coachable team player with strong ethics and a winning attitude.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Experience using or building a professional presence on social media.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals (target of 30+ items per month).
  • Achieve daily performance standards ("pyramid goals"):
  • 3 hours of talk time.
  • 8 insurance quotes generated.
  • 2 policies bound.
  • Make outbound sales calls to provide leads and personal referrals.
  • Handle inbound sales calls and close new business.
  • Build and maintain referral sources through networking, social media, and relationship-building.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to close new business.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate property, casualty, renters, auto, and life insurance products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain detailed records in the agency CRM.
  • Engage consistently on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand presence, network, educate clients, and generate referral opportunities.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Must be willing and able to engage in social media marketing and networking efforts.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Spanish speaker preferred.
