Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Professional, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients - balancing excellent service with proactive sales responsibilities:
  • Build & Maintain Client Relationships - Assist clients with policy needs, handle inquiries, and deliver top-notch service.
  • Drive Sales & Growth - Confidently cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients, uncover new opportunities, and make outbound calls to prospects.
  • Educate & Recommend - Identify coverage gaps, explain options clearly, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Team - Support agency sales goals, share best practices, and celebrate wins together.

Requirements

We seek individuals with an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, who bring both customer-first service and a sales-driven mindset. Ideal candidates:

  • Have a North Carolina Property & Casualty license (or are willing to obtain one).
  • Be comfortable making outbound calls, asking for the sale, and overcoming objections
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage high call volumes.
  • Demonstrate dependability and reliability, arriving on time and ready to contribute.
  • Are coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Are detail-oriented and able to follow proven agency processes.
