Responsibilities
• Follow the team plan • Respond to listing leads • Lead follow-up and tracking • Prepare and present listing info • Coordinate with sellers and vendors • Support smooth transaction flow • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
Qualifications
• Real estate license • Familiarity with listings • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Team player who believes their success is the team's success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
