Compensation: $175,000 at plan
Responsibilities: Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
Follow the team plan
Respond to listing leads
Lead follow-up and tracking
Prepare and present listing info
Coordinate with sellers and vendors
Support smooth transaction flow
Qualifications: Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Currently licensed in real estate
Real estate license
Familiarity with listings
