What You Will Do:

As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer. You will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries – keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner

Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternative

Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed

Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs The Perfect Match: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Sales or customer service experience

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to build relationships with sales customers

Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
