• Addressing incoming service calls.
• Conducting outgoing prospecting and service calls from given leads.
• Assisting potential walk-in prospects and customers.
• Logging in all prospect and customer interactions for future follow-up.
• Relentlessly follow up with customers and prospects and follow given sales and service talk paths

• Able to have fun and work hard
• Spanish Speaking a plus
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
