What You'll Do Conduct phone consultations using our proven discovery process Present and sell life, health, Medicare, and retirement insurance from our 15+ carrier portfolio Follow our sales system—no cold calling; warm, pre-qualified leads provided Maintain 70%+ placement rates using our structured approach and support Provide ongoing service via phone to keep 90%+ policy retention Participate in community outreach and enrollment sessions via phone Use HubSpot CRM and JustCall phone system to document all client interactions Deliver exceptional service and help us maintain 95%+ client satisfaction ✅ You're a Great Fit If You...
