Compensation:$80,000 - $110,000 yearly commission
Responsibilities:- Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
- Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients—primarily seniors—through personalized consultations and needs assessments
- Educate and guide clients on final expense and life insurance solutions to help protect their family's financial well-being
- Clearly present tailored insurance options, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing client follow-up
- Active state Life Insurance Producer License or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for work-related travel
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Professional, organized, and client-focused mindset
- Basic computer proficiency required, including familiarity with Apple operating systems, Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and communication apps
- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and both state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
