Linac Sales Specialist (Northeast)

Our client is a leading global innovator in oncology solutions. They are committed to advancing cancer care by delivering cutting-edge medical technologies and services that empower clinicians and improve patient outcomes. We are seeking a Hardware Specialist - LINACs to lead sales efforts for CT-Linac and MR-Linac technologies. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of Online Adaptive Radiation Therapy (OART), growing the install base, and driving new business development across a defined territory. Responsibilities Identify and develop sales opportunities at new and existing customer sites. Collaborate with regional and national account teams to achieve sales objectives. Provide subject matter expertise to support sales teams and customer engagements. Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians and administrators. Consult with hospitals on site planning for MR-Linac installations. Drive adoption of adaptive radiotherapy through education, training, and bundled portfolio solutions. Contribute to regional marketing plans and promotional activities. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Maintain accurate records in CRM and comply with company quality and ethical standards. Total compensation is in the range of $200 - $225K annually. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, clinical sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven success in capital medical equipment sales; oncology or imaging experience strongly preferred. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Technical knowledge in medical physics, dosimetry, treatment planning, or hospital IT systems is a plus. Experience with MR imaging and adaptive radiotherapy solutions preferred. Ability to manage a broad geographic territory with extensive travel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective team collaborator. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with high ethical standards.
